                          The Description of IT Executives Position

The IT Executive supports TNT Communications Sdn Bhd through design and implementation of IT Programs. This will also partner with managers to meet company’s ultimately business goals via improvement to the existing IT infrastructure & processes. This position will be responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure at Klang Valley / KL, Selangor offices.   Salary     RM 2000 - 3500 Location Selangor - Subang Jaya Responsibilities: Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure; Managing email, anti spam and virus protection; Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, access to internet; Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers; Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems; Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards; Analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password; Undertake troubleshooting of PC or network problem routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet; Providing training and technical support for users   Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 2 years working experience in planning, implementing, managing of network infrastructure, servers, database and security; Computer, network LAN troubleshooting skills; Those who have technical certifications e.g. CCNA and/or CCNP (Cisco for networking), MCSE, MCP or MCSA (Microsoft for systems support or software development) would be an added advantage; Analytical with good communication skill (Both English and Bahasa Malaysia); Can work independently as well as in a team. use own transport.   For further information  write  a resume including contact telephone number and a recent passport-sized photograph to:   The Human Resource Department  TNT Communications Sdn Bhd (400725-T) No. 64, Jalan USJ 1/33, USJ 1, 47600 Subang Jaya Email : resume@tntcomm.com.my How to get there??
